I clean mine very regularly and have never once looked at . Got a trojan once though and that was all the convincing I needed.

And JM has Taylor Searle, TA's friend on the witness list. He was asked by Travis to clean up his computer because a roommate had used it and was looking at . I am sure Taylor instructed Travis how to clean the computer regularly after that. I could slap down this defense myself. Shame on them.

The worst part of all this is that Jodi did this murder, she confessed. She deserves what she gets. It isn't as if we are all sitting here debating whether she or two ninjas killed Travis. Shame on Nurmi and Jennifer! And Maria...ugh!

I think this backfired on the defense - IMO:moo:

For the porngate:
The jury is only seeing/hearing one person testify.
His name may or may not be John Smith.
He happens to be a Computer Data Scientist that could not turn on a computer.
Saw no on original computer but believes is there on a modified copy after the defense has worked on said copy.
Gave his report to be testified by someone else, and it was not a complete report at that.
I think this testimony kind of went for the state side.

What a gross waste of time & $$$$.

Poor Jurors. Their heads must be spinning.

Sherry should have done them all a favor and stocked the Jury Room with Dr. Seuss books for today. At least they might have learned/re-remembered SOMETHING!

I am pretty sure that DH has auto scans set up to clean our computer. We don't even need to think about it.

I've read here that this testimony is setting up Geffner to tie TA's watching to his abuse of JA. How so though? I don't see the connection.
