If no ruling by next Friday she will set another hearing to have oral arguments. What a crock.

And of course if they state the ruling and then issue it in writing later, she will hold off yet again and wait for the written ruling.

And then after that she'll wait a couple weeks for another round of oral arguments as to whether or not she should follow that ruling.

She intends to do as she has done; i.e., trash her victim and lie to the jury, hoping no one calls her on it.

AZlawyer, if the Supreme Court rules in support of the COA, why would JSS need another hearing before releasing the transcript? Why not just release then, if she is waiting on their ruling?
