I think she is waiting til the end of the day -- but continue with witnesses.

It makes NO SENSE at all to have Flores testifying this morning unless it has something to do with that computer carp motion !

Its possible JSS is trying to clean up whatever little mess was created by the state not turning over the 2008 mirror image earlier. This way the DT gets a full airing of HD issue in front of jury.

Don't think that appropriate or necessary, but maybe JSS does, appeals and all that.

What has this to do with mitigation? This is the sentencing phase.

What does the importance of controlling the crime scene have to do with mitigation? A lot of what has been discussed during this penalty phase seems to be something that should be discussed under appeals. I thought the penalty phase was over since she has already been convicted of premeditated murder.

They're still fighting for dismissal of the DP because Mesa PD is so stupid and corrupt. No matter that the defense never followed up.
