The siamese twin thing cracks me up. LOL Like TA was really into a siamese twin fetish. GMAFB I think they overreached

JM: did you find child 🤬🤬🤬🤬? No? Thank you. That's all.

Help! Did this exchange actually take place? I cannot tell, sorry to be so dense.

Fox News is about to have a report on the Jodi Arias trial, it is on the program called "Outnumbered" which is on right now------

I hope there is a computer geek on the jury to explain this away to the others. I'm sure whoever would know at least as much, if not more, than Sue.

  • #285
I wish we had images of what he's doing. You can tell what people have done as recent Windows searches in the registry for example.

  • #286
Somebody on that jury is beginning to get it...

If they really got how meaningless all the computer stuff is, would they be asking so many questions?

The computer guy on the jury definitely knows that Tony's testimony isn't accurate and is trying to flush him out LOL #JodiArias

I think they lucked out that an IT guy made it on. He'll be able to make sense of all this.

http://Homedepot.com is getting a lot of good plugs, which reminds me I need to get a new water filter later. #JodiArias

A list of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites is shown from the registry.

I really feel like I have been slackin' now after seeing some of these urls. #JodiArias

No. Sorry. Being snarky. But I bet JM wont wade too deep in these weeds. Pointless.

Nurmi still riffing on jury questions, though it seems like he is continuing his redirect.

Pray he's not an alternate.

IMO, what's not good about this is that LKN has succeeded in redirecting the jury's interest to digital 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

The comparatively large number of questions indicate that they think it's a big deal.

This guy clearly testified to his assumptions, and very little fact.

His explanation of deleting files was on target, but nothing else.

The State should either make him prove these claims, or wrap up this testiphony quickly because the jury is confused and just might believe his presumptions-for-pay folderol.

Why is the Judge allowing the jurors to hear this testimony? Has she decided that the jurors ought to know about the prosecutorial misconduct allegations? :gaah::shame:
she is allowing it so that it can be before the jury because it was not put before the jury in the first trial. So it won't be an appealable issue in the future she is letting the defense present it to the jury. It makes no difference for the verdict, IMO, but apparently this is how they can remedy the situation instead of calling a mistrial? IANAL

Especially if Juan's guy is far more credible.

They got how meaningless Jodi's testimony was and she got over 100 questions. From viewing AZ trials, IMO, the more questions they ask of you, the more they are scrutinzing you and the less credible they find you. Demarte only got like a dozen questions. ALV got DOZENS.

Smith goes over the fact that the things shown in the registry history were not things that were done by a virus. #JodiArias

Smith is "very certain" that the search terms in the registry are human initiated. Ok I think we get it. #JodiArias

Why is Juan there? This is the Sherry, Nurmi and witness off the street no name guys show. I keep wondering when Sherry decided to allow the jury to say if Juan is guilty of misconduct?

  • #299
I think if I was the DT , I would be taking the hint that someone on that jury is computer literate and better move on with this junk before they dig a bigger hole for themselves.

I wish Jen would take off that location icon on her tweets, it's makes it so hard to copy them now.
