Isn't that the point of having a forensic investigative tool? No human bias?

I'd sort of like to hear how much they found on JA's computer after they arrested her. Did they do forensic testing to see if she ever transferred images to a flash drive ? If not, why not ? How much of it did she access, download, and view herself ?

That might explain the source of all of this.

It means it doesn't hold up to scrutiny by people who know that the "analyzer" may have lied/been wrong/falsified/didn't know what he was doing/etc.

It means it doesn't hold up to scrutiny by people who know that the "analyzer" may have lied/been wrong/falsified/didn't know what he was doing/etc.

That makes zero sense to me and the IT person on the jury will jump all over it if he was quoted accurately.

But in fairness to the defense, Autopsy being open source doesn't make it bad any more than SpyBot being free makes it bad.

According to BK, after the sidebar JSS sent the jury out and then told the DT to confer with their witness during the morning break. I didn't see that detail on my twitter feed.
