So the viewing supposedly happened when police had the laptop? And at 11pm!? JW and KN HAVE got to be kidding me with this crap. With all the computers available everywhere in that precinct, with all the computers at home, what police officer would risk his job to sneak into property room to watch on a victim's computer!!!!!?

I guess they're going to argue that Flores checked it out for the defense's visit, but kept it overnight to delete from it. But their own witness said that didn't happen. Maybe he wanted to download from it. Yeah he'd have lots of reason to do that.

So let me get this straight - JW is saying Det. Flores checked out TA's computer hd on 6/19/09 and plugged 3 devices (a mouse, a usb drive, and a charger for his ecig?) to lookup "siamese twins" on the files but not go on the internet? because we know this from an unnamed person who has no verifiable credentials or education, used an Autopsy device to sleuth this stuff out. Therefore, drop the DP.
