And then deleted them? Or not? And it wasn't the roommate because he said he never touched it and BESIDES HE WASN'T A FRICKING MESA PD EMPLOYEE so had no access to it?????

I still feel like I'm missing something...

NO, John-Sue only said 'someone' plugged in 1 to 3 objects and downloaded something @ 11 pm universal time on the 19th of June.

BUT THEN JW went with the weird audio tape of the rookie saying they never used the computer and the implication was it was Mesa PD then.

I am bewildered that it doesn't seem to faze JSS the DT changes their allegations against the State every other day, now smack in front of the jury, never mind that the allegations are mutually exclusive, contradictory, and absurd.

Given there is a brand new version of misconduct today, does that mean the DT gets more time? To invent another lie when this one gets shredded too?

No joke, I feel physically ill from all this. Its beyond farce now. More in the realm of a horrible nightmare you can't seem to wake from.

I fully expect some more delays. I've never seen a Judge with such a lackadaisical approach to time-management/courtroom efficiency. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this trial has turned into a nightmare of epic proportions.

If I were sitting on that jury hearing this latest conspiracy about the laptop I would start LOLing. It's so preposterous.

And again, was any CHILD found on that computer that can be verified as belong to TA? No? End of discussion.

I began to imagine that a couple of pages back. The DT must have a BS generator back at the office (in addition to the one sitting beside them). Given the judge's inability to control much of anything, how will this time be different?
