I just read the full denial by Judge Stephens, denying all of Jodi's silly motions to dismiss the death penalty or to sanction prosecutor. I gotta say I am surprised but happy!

I'm still catching up, but if the youporn was June 1, 2008 I the k it could of been Travis This was just days after the sex tape phone call. I think its possible Jodi told Travis she recorded it, and that is what the heated argument was about. She either threatened him she put a video on youporn or he was worried she might of done it. He went on youporn for fourth-five minutes looking to see if she had put anything on it. I would be looking too.

Sounds like JSS is allowing Neumeister to come back and testify about again. She already said he would be back on the 20th. makes no sense to me. But this whole day made no sense. Please sleuthers, don't defend this judge anymore.

I thought Geffner was coming back on the 20th?

No wonder it took JSS so long to issue that ruling........look at all the pages and all the fine print !! Hopefully she will continue to rule against Nurmi, if for no other reason than making her work so much and spend so much time explaining things to him and his client.

I just read the whole thing LinasK. I cannot and will not apologize for criticism I have had against this judge but I will give you this...she covered every angle and shot down every motion. Good for her. It is about time.

See? I told you to have confidence in her... Even if she did know the COA would rule against her, everything is covered for appeal.

Nurmi's 'motions' look so silly when read in the light of day. They complained about jokes made in sidebar and about the so called 'autograph' signed by Juan. Just a bunch of silly hogwash. Like they are going to let a vicious killer walk free because Juan joked about killing himself if he was married to JW. LOL

LinasK, what did you think of Jodi's secret testimony? I read that whole thing too. It all made me pretty sick that JSS allowed it to be a secret. What was your opinion of what JA had to say?

Many of them post their resumes so Sue shouldn't be hard to narrow down. All the profiles I've looked at so far have impressive educations but I'll keep trying.

I believe a gazzillion people could claim they were "developers". Wouldn't they just have to be in the community of users who contribute this and that?

After today I'll never think of her as anything but reprehensible, actually. I'm glad she outlined all the no's to Nurmi, but that doesn't make her a good judge much less a hero. It makes her an adequate judge ruling on a pile of motions. That's it.
