It's been explained a million different times a million different ways that she allowed it because she was worried that Jodi was refusing to take the stand without waiving her right to testify.

Being worried is hardly an excuse for such a ridiculous decision. MOO

Ok... so, I am NOT backing down, that just makes me mad. She knew and had the opportunity to make it clear- to everyone and chose not to. I'll say it again, because I am so disappointed and disillusioned, this to me says she is a coward. I have defended her for a long time.

Their grievances just look so petty! It smacks of coming from Jodi- grievances against Mrs. Flores, Flores's testimony about the gun-shot wound, Juan giving an autograph... does any of it mitigate Jodi viciously murdering Travis??? NO!

Hey Hope, she is a bitter pill to swallow isn't she? Today was right out of the twilight zone. Couldn't even make since of the tweets covering the trial. She covered all the motions and shot down every one, as she SHOULD have, but why the long wait and why the secret testimony that was nothing but lies, and why allow the defense team to get away with so much only to shoot them down?

Yep.....her rulings look great on paper. All the right decisions! Wish she ran her courtroom with such resolve.

17 motions in all from the defense denied, some of them multi-part ones, some of them dating back to the original trial.

2 state motions denied without explanation.

This clears the table I believe, and Lawrence has 4 days to write up his next batch of motions and appeals. He's going to wear out his welcome really fast at the COA if he thinks sending them dozens of appeals that are ridiculous will help his client. They won't have the patience of JSS by any means.
