It's really a shame that the defense has nothing to show for mitigation and the killer shows no remorse, so all this defense can do is show a man in the prime of his life is seeking attention from many women, contacting them by Internet and phone and MAYBE even having sex with a couple of them and hope the jurors will see this as bad and demoralizing. Are the defense that bad off? Yes they are!

Every single one of these witnesses deserves to get the 'royal treatment' from Juan including Mr. Spillsalot. His stupi! smile does not fool me or make me feel sorry for him.

All this sex talk in a death penalty case is frankly quite revolting. Not one mitigating factor. Pathetic.

I think the one that had the right to be angry was Lisa Andrews. Jodi Arias was sleeping with TA knowing he was dating other women so I don't know how she gets to be angry or hurt about any of this. :thinking:

That's assuming that they were still sleeping together during that time. If you read Lisa's old blog and look at dates, it sure seems like the reason they broke up was because of JA deliberately causing trust issues, both times they dated. Also, just from the bit we saw in TA's journal, he did fall for Lisa and it was pretty obvious from the texts with JA that he blamed her for messing that up for him.

As for the Dr..... holy cow man, the guy was almost 30 and had been in a 7 year relationship that had eventually included sex and then a short fling with someone that threw herself at him, butt first and that's all they have beyond him flirting online??
