So it seems they are bringing in the affidavits of witnesses to say things that Juan will not he able to cross on. For instance Marc McGee is a completely unreliable source yet they want him to be able to "speak" without scrutiny. Seems a fair thing to ask for from Juan.

I think it's Marc McGee who is too chickened to fly out from New Zealand. How convienient for him that it's too far, yet he can still make his bogus claims all over the internet!!! Ever heard of Skype, Marc????
