Exactly. She should have praised TA to the hilt, noting how dearly loved he was by so many. She could then describe her mental issues and how she was incapable of moving on as long as he walked the earth, which is true imo.

Exactly. And, thanks to the DT, remorse is explicitly listed as a mitigator this time around. I've little doubt that jurors would be listening for it anyway, but having it in a list puts the lack of it in great big shiny neon lights.

I also hope this jury feels as did the last about her behavior off the stand. For guilt it didn't matter. For mitigation it might. The first jury found her doodling and demeanor odd, inappropriate, and disturbing. Hope they can also see her smirks and flashes of hatred from where they're sitting.
