How come a nineteen year old, Lisa A sets boundaries but JA who is 27 with lots of experiences (???) cannot seem to set her own boundaries?
How does anyone know how Travis defined the relatinship with JA? We have her word that they were exclusive. What proof do we have that Travis thought the same? AND what does this have to do with a slaughter of another human being?

My parents were church leaders, I was expected to follow in their role. I lived in a town of less than 10,000. Again, my relationship spans 17 years with my now husband. I would let him climb through my window at night, and the very next day he had to be out by 5am so I could get up and go to church. Am I proud of this? No. But it's the truth, it happens all the time. It's not indicative of manipulation. Oh at one point my now husband was married to somebody else, and we fulfilled our friendship via veiled emails/phone calls ect. So..Again I ask what is your point

IMO (because I strongly believe she snuck into his communications--as was her long-standing pattern--from the start) These texts further prove to me that JA knew the score but thought her beauty, sexual prowess and charm would win him over, that she was the only one in this relationship that thought they were exclusive, that she used the kinkiest sex possible in the hopes of snaring him, that she believed--despite contrary information early in their dating--that he would become a one woman man, that when she moved to AZ after purportedly "breaking up" she was obsessed with making TA love her, and in the end when all her manipulations failed she was going to make him pay for shattering the deluded fantasy she had of becoming his wife.

There is a letter JA sent to Abe on Feb. 14th saying they are NOT in a relationship. I will find it later

The reason people thought highly of him was not because he was a "virgin" or because he was a perfect Mormon. It's because he was a good guy who helped others all the time and made people feel good about themselves. Travis could be a non-Mormon doing these things and it would have changed nothing. None of this is manipulative. He's flirting with and carrying on with different women. It's called dating around. And if he wasn't alwaus faithful, then he wasn't fsthful. They are reaching with the manipulation. Manipulation is demanding someone committ to you and make you their number one all while you are still living with and in a relationship with someone else. Travis didn't know this until they broke up.

Manipulative is making someone think you are ok with the friends wih benefits thing and then complaining to your friends and family that the same person won't committ to you. He's not a mind reader.

Manipulative is dating other men and sending Travis the messages claiming they weren't meant for him when it's clearly done on purpose just to make him angry then claiming he's being unfaithful to you when it's clear you are not in a relationship and you're dating too.

Manipulative is logging into someone else's email and sending messages to other people posing as them as well as sending messages to yourself.


Manipulative is pushing the sex to the point that Travis thought she was a nympho and then getting upset when he won't buy the cow so you kill him.

Travis' Mormon friends did not know he was having sex because they would not approve. Some of his friends did know and he confided in them about how much of a hell Jodi was making his life.

This isn't a one sided thing.

The thing is Jodi Arias has spyware on his phone, she hacked into his emails. SHE KNEW ALL OF THIS and STILL she was the one who wouldn't stop crawling in his doggy door. Her own father admitted to Detective Flores "She snuck up on his house and peeked in the window and watched him with this other girl. She still wanted to marry that guy. She stayed there for months and months after that. We didn't know why".

Also, Jodi Arias was dating other men at the same time she knew Travis was dating around looking for a wife. She would be at his home while he was out on dates. It isn't like she and Travis were married and he was cheating on her and the poor thing had no idea. SHE KNEW every move he made and STILL she chased him. At what point does her expert address that? I'll tell you when,


CROSS EXAMINATION

Juan can ask him things like have you reviewed Deanna and Lisa's testimony? If he says no, Juan can say well.....let's play it for you so you can tell us had you heard FROM THESE WOMEN how it would have affected your testimony.

It is going to be a cross exam law students will study well into the future. He will do it all, without looking at one single note.

He couldn't hide it, she snooped through all his stuff. Why would she keep coming back unless he let her think he was gonna change or that they had a chance?
This isn't about the murder anymore anyways, she's already been convicted. This is HER sentencing trial/ retrial

And for the record, I think Travis was a truly genuine and amazing person. The world is worse off without someone like him in it. What Jodi did is unforgivable and inexcusable.

It sure wouldn't work on me. Travis was a single young male. He was playing the field and flirting with women. A big 'so what?'

And as far as we know he only had intercourse with his long time girlfriend and Arias.

The young jurors both men and women are probably sitting there thinking they had more sexual intimate partners by the age of 30 than Travis did.
