Forgive me for the interruption. (But it is Lunch break in AZ) I am way behind in this forum/thread, page 1 (although am caught up on tweets via another link supplied by a WSer). But this article was so good. Please take time to read. I now see why Jodi is truly considered dangerous to the public. I had not yet "gotten it" until this article. (yeah I know, why hadn't I, well.......) Thanks so much for this useful link. (JMO)

Was there ever any explanation of what actually happened to Jodi's computer?

It was working for some point in time and she said she double checked to make sure the cd with pics of their trips would work in his computer on the day she killed him, so I assume she used her computer to make the cd. Did she destroy her computer after she killed him?

I've often wondered about that myself! Haven't seen anything that answers this question though. But it does appear she destroyed her PC after she killed him, along with her crazy journal entries - part of her cover-up, IMO.

No, that's as far as she got because the COA issued a stay of secret testimony and she chose to stop.

I am not quite sure how the jury is perceiving this. If they weren't privy to the first trial, how do they know she is changing her tune? Has JM pointed this out to them? Hope so.

Let's not forget that JA has been dating boys/men since she was fifteen. She's been cheated on before and walked away. She has confronted the "other" woman before. This wasn't a woman who suddenly found herself in a situation she didn't know how to handle. It wasn't as if TA could somehow take advantage of her "inexperience". She so knew what was up.
