I'm in bed with the flu, trying to follow on my phone. I can't tell from the tweets when the jury left. Affidavits are often allowed in mitigation but not on irrelevant subjects like what the witnesses thought of the guilt phase.

I've been MIA. The questions to Geffner and Wilmott's reading of Travis e-mail literally made me sick to my stomach. So now, Jodi has exacted more revenge against Travis and the women he sexted with. I just couldn't be part of it.

JM did say he'd accept affidavits a while back, though. From what we're hearing, Meh...
