- Is it because Juan can question Cougarlicious [however she spelt it] -- and -- she is NOT credible ?

In other words, Cougarlicious does NOT want to be questioned by Juan IF that is permitted.

Frankly this is so egregious I would make a bar complaint and ask for sanctions. They KNOW BETTER! It is a mockery. I know for certain that BOTH Kirk and Jennifer know better than to submit these affidavits. It is outrageous and I do not think either Juan or the judge are going to take it lying down. They have just gone too far this time.

There is a right way and a wrong way to do something and if one is uncertain they look it up or ask for clarification. I do not believe for one second the pair of them thought these would be acceptable in a court of law.

Maria ....don't even get me started on her, I wrote her off so very long ago. They are in charge of her and they are the ones who handed these in to the court. Ultimately, the buck stops with Jen and Kirk.

Because the affs would sound even less credible if read out loud by a mitigation specialist, especially one as...exotic as MDLR.

They're hoping for a veneer of credibility by weaving them into Dr. G's testimony, IMO.

What makes this especially frustrating is I don't believe these witnesses are afraid. I think this is a ploy to tilt the scales ,as usual, by this DT. I don't think Juan believes it. Or the judge. Is Cougarlouscious legally allowed to take affidavits? One of the tweets said the DT argued it should be okay because of her experience. Well I have decades of experience at my job, but it doesn't mean if I show up in court with what I claim are affidavits that they should be accepted.
