Is Cougarlouscious legally allowed to take affidavits? One of the tweets said the DT argued it should be okay because of her experience. Well I have decades of experience at my job, but it doesn't mean if I show up in court with what I claim are affidavits that they should be accepted.

Thats a good question. What if she took these so called affidativs and did not make them swear. For that matter, did Cougar even swear that these were affidativs where they sweared.

I dont know about any of them but I sure am swearing right about now.

I really hate to say this but IF this is true, it is very problematic and death will be very likely be off the table IMO--it only takes one juror. On the other hand, if DR comes in and testifies that this didn't happen then JSS, in my humble opinion, is not appropriate to be on DP cases and has made a mockery of the AZ courts.
