Geffner at no time was trying to intervene, provide treatment or counsel #jodiarias. They were just trying to forensically evaluate her.

BBM - I doubt if she was "spaced out" while Geffner was evaluating her. She was probably just pausing to try to dredge up memories of her lies and strategize about what she should tell him to get the best result.

The Palm Desert house had given JA an aura of respectability, perhaps for the first and only time of her life. She stopped payments upon meeting TA and Darryl couldn't manage along. IOW Darryl moved away, TA wiggled off her hook, the house was in pre-foreclosure, and JA was sad.

Plus did "tricks" for extra money, per innuendo from roommate she took in...oversexed....not?!?!

Does anyone know how many affidavits we must endure? Most at 14? We are past number 3 so it should be completed today, right? Too bad the jurors can't go home and send in their sentencing recommendation by affidavits. That would only be fair. IMO.

It's going so good I can see Nurmi and Wilmott trying to get more admitted after going through the 14 submitted. Why stop at 14? What else can the JA flock dream up?

I just can't believe this has ever been done!! AZL?

I'm pretty sure he did cross at least one witness. But of course it's unusual to have the witnesses become unavailable right when it's almost time for cross.

Geffner says #jodiarias memory was good, but it she had more difficulty discussing traumatic incidents.

Of course it was difficult. Much harder when you have to make things up as you go along and then try and keep your made-up facts straight.

Again, I read Jodi is crying because she no longer has access to Travis and she misses him.

I am waiting for the comments from posters about the apologizing on the "spiritual level". (that one ought to bring out a few opinions IMO)

Travis and him "not being around." NO REMORSE! How about, she cried when she admitted to murdering him, stabbing him, and watching him take his last breath. The way she refers to killing Travis is beyond reproach. This will not go unnoticed to the jury.
