Wait a minute, how could Geffner's employee ask TA about the porn photos? Was it Deanna?

No Geffner's employee interviewed witness 1 and his story then is inconsistent with what he's saying now. He has said Travis denied the photos were his. Now he's saying Travis took ownership of them.

And JSS should overrule this objection since Juan is unable to cross the "witnesses" that gave the affidavit. The notes contradict what the affidavit said which shows that the "witness" lied during one of them.
