Wait a minute, how could Geffner's employee ask TA about the photos? Was it Deanna?

No Geffner's employee interviewed witness 1 and his story then is inconsistent with what he's saying now. He has said Travis denied the photos were his. Now he's saying Travis took ownership of them.

What a difference an attorney makes huh? A minute ago everyone was falling asleep. I bet NO ONE is falling asleep right now in that courtroom lol. And it will not be lost on the jury. Juan has been patient waiting DAYS AND WEEKS for this opportunity, so of course he is fired up. I would be too!

And JSS should overrule this objection since Juan is unable to cross the "witnesses" that gave the affidavit. The notes contradict what the affidavit said which shows that the "witness" lied during one of them.
