I don't know, but he can lie like a dog all he wants and nothings going to happen to him.

I was so close yesterday to jumping ship, but today I am committed to staying the course until the bitter end.
IF we ever get to Juan's rebuttal witnesses I hope he uses Dr. DeMarte like the DT has used Geff.

I also want Juan to go into more depth with Dr. Demarte about Arias and what her behaviors show. Instead of pounding on Travis being manipulative like the DT has done.... Juan needs to turn it around on them and ask DeMarte if she sees manipulation and abusive behavior when it comes to the defendant. He needs to fight fire with fire.

All I can hope for today is we at least get to see Juan up on cross at some point in order to bring the trial back in focus as to who the real victim is.

True confession: I felt the same way yesterday OBE, and seriously was so distressed and angry, swearing (really swearing) to leave this trial for the benefit of my mental health! Then, having had a setback from my surgery recently, my doctor recommended taking the muscle relaxants ON A REGULAR BASIS for a week, instead of as needed. I usually wouldn't take that recommendation but I am now! Hope this makes today better!

That's a shame. I've seen Skype work with people I know in other countries, Ireland and Israel, while we (people I know) were communicating in the U.S. It's like Facetime.

I thought yesterday, and still do, that all of these affidavits were made up by the defense team and somehow they got people to sign them and claim they were factual. Why would anybody not believe that Nurmi is capable of something like this ? He's tried every dirty trick in the book during this trial and this seems like a continuation of those dirty tricks.

Of course, if that is true, then everybody on the defense team should be locked up in jail next to Jodi, and have their license to practice revoked. If these affidavits are a creation of Maria, then she needs to be brought up on charges and jailed.

I wish the judge would simply pick up the phone and call some of these people to see if they actually gave those statements or not......verify for herself if these statements are legit. I think JSS might be very surprised at the results.

I do think they are all from legit people. Problem for me is, are these all people on the outer fringe as in the case of the dish washer who worked for the Arias family who is corroborating some of JA's secret testimony by saying that Mr. Arias hit Carl and that he knows something about the story JA told about Bobby and the sword. This is how they had to find people willing to sign their name to sworn testimony that are NOT members of JA's family who have already made damning statements about the defendant. And I suppose that's the best they can do. Did this dish washer see what he claims? Maybe, maybe not. Is it in any way important in the grand scheme of things? I guess the jury will decide but personally I don't see it.

So I guess we'll be getting more of the same today. People on the outer fringe of the Arias family or members of the family themselves, who will be vouching for things that Jodi herself has testified to or would have testified to if allowed to continue. Maybe that explains why there has been few members of her family in attendance? Affidavits from Aunt Sue and brother Carl? Maybe even Dad? Can they do this?
