I read Paul's views and find them interesting. He's there in court all day, isn't confined by Twitter word counts, and provides the perspective of a juror.

In this instance, though, I think BK got it right. She's an attorney and familiar with the language spoken at sidebars.

Only time will tell. This is the problem with this super secret trial, trial by tweet, and allowing hour long secret sidebars. We don't have a clue as to what is going on. The public has a right to know. JMO
