I feel like a low-life for not journaling or keeping a diary of my daily events-- geez, all these folks do it! I had no clue!

It's probably a good thing, just in case you find yourself in a similar situation as JA LOL. Look at it this way, at least no one can twist your written words to mean something that they don't.
