Apparently he (Juan) only said the last name of the witness so the convo on twitter is that it's not that bad but they all expect Nurmi to file another motion to dismiss. No one thinks it will cause a mis-trial.

That whole choking and body-slamming junk... I still remember in her testiphoney at trial that Travis body-slammed her on the tile floor and she just rolled over and killed him. Right!

So unbelievable!

She also is the only one I know that get's 'spun around' so much. Bobby spun her around before he almost broke her arm. Travis spun her around a few times before he abused her. She just a walking/talking spin top.

Martinez asks complex questions and asks for yes/no, he talks fast, cuts off answers to get witness off balance. Very effective technique.
