Yes, they can order a new trial if they find that kind of error. To clarify, there is also something called harmless error, which doesn't result in a new trial.

OK... so if this secret witness is the one accused of looking at child , would it not be the courts responsibility to report him to the FBI... His computer should be looked at right this minute. Also, now we know why he did not want to come here to testify.... JMO...

CIA probably, he's in New Zealand, but then again his crimes were committed in the US, so maybe the FBI has jurisdiction. They have a cyber-crimes division. I know someone who works in it.

Yes he's getting into the inconsistency of Jodi's stories of where she saw Travis looking at child . First it was on internet, then it was in bed with picture printouts. Two very different things.

It never made any sense to me that TA would download child and place it in a folder under his own name. Now someone else downloading it, and placing it under TA's name, YES, much more believable. Although anyone doing so on the Bishops computer is a moron.
