CIA probably, he's in New Zealand, but then again his crimes were committed in the US, so maybe the FBI has jurisdiction. They have a cyber-crimes division. I know someone who works in it.

IKR! And you know, when it comes to the mastermind behind all this, Ms. Jodi Arias, I hope this pedophile crap backfires. I hope the jurors go "Wow, it wasn't enough that she killed him, she had to do this to him after death. What an evil woman." and sentence the <modsnip> to death.

JA will have no choice but to get on the stand. Geffner's credibility has been shot. If I was on the jury, after knowing he wasn't being honest in his testimony, I would not believe a single thing he said. Witness #1 is done. There were only 2 other witness affidavits. Those weren't even the bad ones. If JA doesn't get up there and beg for mercy, it sure looks like she will get the DP. There has been nothing said to save her life, all victim bashing. The jury might be incredibly angry right now. She needs to show remorse, which I don't think she is capable of doing. She might want to start practicing.

I am going to say it again- I know I am a broken record- but it just seems so counter intuitive to post Kiefer's tweets here!

If for no other reason than he has disparaged the victims family- on record (let alone he fraternizes with MDL and is in the back pocket of the defense team). But... oh well!

I posted MK's tweets because there were not many reporters tweeting. I realize he is polarizing but he does add info at times that others do not. Sorry that you are offended, but just skip past.

Prior to today I didn't think she was going to. So what happened to all the 11 other affidavits?? Were they all thrown out for being biased like the brainwashing?
