Paul Sander, juror in the Devault trial who is covering this trial now, was asked the other day if some might be feeling sympathy for her. He said yes BUT... That's normal. It's usual for a jury to go into deliberations with a split, often a large split. You talk and you reason and usually you make your way toward a common ground for the most part. His jury was split on both guilt and life vs death but they got there.
IMO it's hard to really change someone's mind once they're made up. If one guy is feeling sympathy for her I think it will be didficult for him to give her death, even if they convince him she lied about some things. He may rationalize other things. But that's not the worst thing. She has already gotten a life sentence, no matter if she gets life or death. She's not going anywhere.
