Maybe this is what JSS was cautioning everyone not to openly comment about in the courtroom as surely the gallery and jury would bust out laughing at that bit of nonsense.

You mean the rule about witnesses being cross-examined? That definitely does apply.

As I mentioned before, the defense might fight for her statement to count as allocution instead of testimony. (Allocution generally is not subject to cross-examination.) If JSS allows that, IMO she will have to point out to the jury that it was not subject to cross-examination and that the jury may take that into account.

I just want things to end. If Juan's closing and the autopsy photos do not convince the jurors to vote for death then nothing else will.

I also think that Juan annihilated Geff's credibility and made clear that he's in the DT's pocket and happy to smear Travis. What comes after has lost its validity, iMO.

Oh this is such a rehearsed answer!!! They've told him what they need to get in and how to answer. How else would he know about this Law of Attraction garbage??

Feb 5 she writes about getting fired Friday m Mimi's. Also a note that TA Was abusive to her. All juror eyes are up. Evidence in texts that TA apologizes consistent with her reports. He says sorry about what happens to her (firing). JW trying to show JA is consistent with what she writes and what she tells psychologists.

But, but.....is Dr G testifying about what MM directly told him, or what MM told mitigation person? Doesn't it make a difference? Did Maria do it over Skype or what? Why couldn't Juan interview him the same way? Without showing his face. I feel it's very underhanded what defense is doing. Acting like everything was under oath.

I am not sure about that. Deanna is free, and the murderer has been found guilty and will be off to prison no matter what. There's a lot of love surrounding Deanna. The murderer will be tasting her own bile. Besides, Travis loved Deanna, never the psycho.

Let's be fair here. TA not want to marry Deanna. He wanted to marry Linda Ballard Boss.

How do we know he was not sorry she lost her job, times are stressful (economy) and maybe a blessing that a better opportunity is around the corner. JMO
