This is all directed at the 4 older jurors, Hammer home abuse & she won't get DP. Exact same situation as the first jury.

But the odd thing is, when I read comments about age, is that I would guess that the median age of women here is mid-fifties? :blush:

This is going to sound crazy but I really don't think Jodi is jealous of these women - not for who they are, what they look like, their accomplishments, etc. I think she was irate that Travis, and everyone else, couldn't see how wonderful and perfect Jodi is. I think she'd look for any way she could tout her superiority to them.

To be jealous, she'd have to admit she isn't as pretty as...as smart as...as successful as...etc.

I can see why it gets construed as jealousy but her ego wouldn't allow her to accept she is anything less than absolute perfection. It was Travis' (and everyone else's) fault for not realizing it.

Still going on. It appears that Geffner is through with redirect and now the attorneys and judge are going over Juror questions on a break. Travis was dragged horrifically through the mud for the umpteenth time by the defense and good ol' Geff.

But I thought this affidavit was not given to mitigation specialist under oath....just to associates of Dr G that traveled to NZ. If this is so....I hope it's clear to jury.

I know I'm barging in here without properly catching up, but is the mitigation specialist even allowed to place people under oath?

She envied every SINGLE word Travis ever uttered to another PERSON. Not just female.
