I haven't liked the juror's questions so far and am not particularly looking forward to this batch. I hope I'm wrong.

Still going over Geffs prior trials and how honest he is. How his integrity and credentials were speaking ken of highly in a court opinion. Geff is loving this part. Now going way back to some trial when the. Kurtz were not educated about neuropsychology. How he is now board certified in addition to having the highest level of Diplomate.

always very interesting that when it's the defense's turn to RE cross, they introduce new stuff and take FOREVER! I hope this is not lost on the jury. All this BS is all it is BS. NONE of it tells me as a juror WHY I should give Jodi life versus the DP. NONE of it. It's like we haven't even gotten to that point yet and yet the defense is almost done?

Also AZL question? If the judge does allow for Jodi's testiphony to be considered allocution, does she get to say anything more for allocution? IOW does she get MORE time?

It's a shame that our justice system allows for a person who's nameless and faceless to the jury to testalie by affidavit to childhood sexual abuse of anyone, much less a decreased victim. Regardless of if the abuse occurred or not it only serves to further violate the victim and their family. Some subjects are different than all other subjects and should be treated differently, childhood sexual abuse is one of them. That's the victims story to tell and only theirs, anyone relaying it should be required to have the expressed consent of the victim.

My heart breaks for this disgusting violation of Travis and his family. May karma reach MMc swiftly and with great force!
