No I still think Juan will get the Death Penalty. He did it in Wendy Andriano's case.

Personally, I think Jodi will get the death penalty. Although I wouldn't doubt that the jury has at least thought of giving it to the whole defense team...

Is Abe Mormon? I had kind of associated PPL with Mormons, which maybe is incorrect. I don't imagine Maker's Mark is a Mormon kind of beverage.
