I agree JM will probably be more restricted than he should be. All the carp the DT brought in should be fair game for rebuttal. JM must be allowed to rebut everything the DT brought up (not that he actually will, wants to, or needs to rebut every single detail). Is that not the whole purpose of rebuttal?
