Bishop familiar with W1 and met him in '99 also. W1 developed relationship with woman not in Riverside area. W1 had online relationship for a couple years then they got more serious.
W1 had not met her before - the online contact between W1 and woman - bishop doesn't know if they Skyped, more communicated and exchanged pics.
