Not sure about that one. It may actually be considered work product if it was their interview. AZL?

I doubt DR agreed to a voluntary interview with the defense. I suspect it was more of a deposition, with both sides present.

And of course if they want to use it in court they would have to disclose it to JM even if it were previously work product.

To me it sounds like they were asking if Travis was having sex with any other person while he knew Jodi. He met Jodi in Sept 2006 and died June 2008
Deanna and Travis broke up in 2005 iirc
