Is there disciplinary action taken against anyone who is perceived to have put in questions the integrity of the church.
A: I was not aware of that.

A: he doesn't know

Q: Any duty to take people into your home?
A: no
Q: any records kept of people in your home?
A: no

The church doesn't track it
Would other members have a lawyer if testifying?

JM following up to clarify the need for an attorney because of the confidentiality and protected. BP is not permitted to disclose private conversations and that is why the lawyer is here. The church appointed a lawyer for him after BP informed church of pending deposition. BP did not go out and try to find one.
