IIRC Bishop is in his 70's? Nurmi is asking him about trivial things that happened 16 years ago?? I can't even remember everything that happened yesterday. And I am decades younger

I really think the defense team is completely off the rails with this stuff. We are so far out in left field the jurors probably don't even care about the anymore. If anything IMO the defense team has diminished the effect of , etc., with this never-ending B.S. and their desperation. And yes, I do believe Jodi is behind all of this. I don't believe Nurmi would ever had started the whole Marc Mcgee nonsense unless Jodi insisted.

I like your optimism. I hope the jurors are ready to vote for death.

Actually I think Nurmi just dinged the Bishop's credibility. Need some JM cleanup time.

Right and the real issue of this scantily clad woman is that the bishop himself described it as pornographic in nature. There's the crux.

So many complaints about "trial by tweets" and not getting the entire picture of what is going on......but, as soon as some tweeter reports that Nurmi did a gotcha to the Bishop....suddenly, it must be true!! Nurmi got him! Caught him in a lie!! Why is that?

I can't remember what year it was but I was doing management training for a chain restaurant I worked for at the time- the training was in Salt Lake City. Anyway, there was this big controversy at the time with the church demanding that a billboard with an Ad for gymnastics (it must have been near in time to an olympic event coming up). It was a female gymnast, in her leotard, in a tumbling type- floor pose. It was too risque- as far as the church was concerned and they wanted it taken down. It was RIDICULOUS, IMO. But, that is an idea of what the church considers "scandalous" and "risque"- for proper perspective. GMAB.
