Boy, I actually forgot about this trial this morning, especially after the Super Bowl. Anyway...

I see nothing has changed. And as some here have commented....what happened to child , does Nurmi think jurors are that dumb???

Nurmi has proven he is not above going way, way, way out into the weeds with his line of questioning in an attempt to show the jury just how pathetic and despicable he is.

I really wish Nurmi would give up on tying to use Juan's style. It does not go well whenever he does that. It just makes him look like an a$$. Of course that's not far from who he actually is, but Juan's style is never going to work with Nurmi or Jenny because they aren't Juan. I am still in shock that Jenny has been practicing for as long as my younger son has been alive.

So MM, when he was hanging around the supporter page, realized that maybe TA had been living at the house when he reported these popups to the Bishop and he emailed the Bishop to find out before starting his lies about TA? The Bishop erred because he seems a little confused (early dementia?) and told him that TA did live there around the time the fiancé was there. He thought nothing of this email or question so he did not verify the exact dates. It was the same year though. The Bishop was also rather vague about things when he talked to Nurmi. He was never called on in the first trial so that was the end of it as far as he knew.

Until now. And suddenly it became important to get the information exactly correct. He screwed up with the date Jake lived there and when the "pop ups" may have first appeared on the computer. Big mistake IMO. Unless Jake did live there between Travis and the fiancé because he was having trouble with the wife.

I hope JM clears this up.

Why would MM need to confirm that travis was living here when he was if his story was true? He would know it was true. He asked the Bishop that because he needed to make sure his tale of fiction would hold up.
