Nurmi re: categories of who can baptize and how those levels progress. If an adult is baptizing someone they are at least at one of those higher levels. And should know the teachings of the church.

Wouldn't such a person with the priesthood be held at a higher standard than the person they are baptizing - objection sustained, strike that.

He is. He kept getting shot down and had to rephrase questions which he did. He was not about to give up getting the answer he wanted. He is also practicing his theatrical skills, getting loud when he's faking outrage about LYING TO THE LORD, etc.

I just am not sure with the jury questions how they will fit this into whether or this goes to mitigation for JA.

Nurmi's complaint is that Smith's report was submitted too late iirc. JM's filed response will explain that it wasn't. JSS will side with JM. So why should a hearing be required? I hope there's little if any delay tomorrow beyond a simple "motion denied" from JSS.

Don't take it personally- its not meant that way. After another day of hearing Travis smeared and now a Bishop too, the only folks I can imagine who should be repenting are still very much alive.

I think God forgave Travis whether or not he took the time to repent as he fought for his life , facing that horror of a person screaming and stabbing him again and again.

I have never been so ANGRY with <modsnip> Nurmi today. This is the lowest of the low. I guess all he has is sex and more and more sex. I hope the jury can see through this fog and realize that he has shown no mitigation.

If there's any justice, the jurors could picture him pounding the nails into his sleazebag client's coffin.
