This go-round JA fought to keep cameras out, but what about last time? A certain appeal issue if JSS allowed them now.

I think it has to do with the mitigation witnesses. It was not a concern during the guilt/innocence phase of the trial. :thinking:

I recall Jodi asking Det Flores if the gun was found in the rental car. I dont think they knew it was their until she told DT Flores durung the interrogation.

Jodi Arias trial jurors: 2 days, 2 gone

It's only the second day of the Jodi Arias sentencing retrial in Maricopa County Superior Court, and already two jurors have been dismissed.

The first was let go Tuesday because of family problems.

The second was dismissed Wednesday after she asked a freelance TV journalist if she was CNN superstar Nancy Grace, who has been a vocal crusader against Arias.

Karas realized that a juror was standing nearby but assumed she couldn't hear. Karas said that when she came back into the courthouse, the woman approached her and asked if she was Nancy Grace, the court-based talk-show commentator.

Karas answered that she used to work with Grace and then reported the incident to the court.

Karas was called to the witness stand at the end of the morning court session, when the jury left, to recount the story. After the lunch break, there was one juror less. Judge Sherry Stephens reiterated to the remaining 17 jurors that they were not to discuss the case with anyone, watch TV, read newspapers or visit social media.

After viewing the psycho movie pics side by side with those of Travis taken in the shower - it's really creepy! She snapped those pics pretty quickly and fancies herself as an artist and a photographer - maybe she was again trying to create "art". A poster previously mentioned that JA only copies art - I am not sure if that is true or not as she seems quite talented to me - but are the shower pics her attempt at copying the art of the movie psycho? (don't throw a tomato)

Why stab Travis if her intent was to kill him? Why take the pics in the shower and then stab him? Why then? If she was so "angry" with him, why not kill him immediately with the gun? The psycho thing now really is putting things into a different perspective to me. Was Travis just an "art medium" for her twisted psyche?

I am kinda shocked at how quickly they have gone through the evidence testimony in this trial - what is it that they think will take months and months to have testimony on if this is supposed to go until Christmas?
