So court was scheduled for today . . . . something happened and it is now postponed until Monday and Juror 17 had to step into the Principal's office? Did someone eat some bad sushi for lunch?

Aother juror biting the dust or maybe a family emergency that is out of their control? Somehow this just flows with the Arias trial. This murderer has had more days of leniency than I have ever heard about. Every day she is in jail is one less day of prison. I mean, for one of us a night in jail would be a lifetime. But for JA? Nah.....this is a picnic compared to what she is facing.

Well, if there's no drama, why wasn't a reason given? If you ask me, it's the court that's bringing the drama.

At the bottom of the license is the date 6/19/2004 235 R8 FD/09 So, she had it renewed in 2004 when she was 24, and never got it changed when she moved to Palmdale? with Daryl. her move to Mesa or her move back to Yreka. It was to be renewed July 2009.


In 2001 Jodi moved to Big Sur and was hired to work at the Ventana Inn & Spa. That was where she met Daryl.

And, help me out here, what was the date TA was murdered? TIA

Please, could you explain further how she would have done that so as to muffle the gun shot sound? Did she blow a hole through the cushion? TIA

I'm not sure they found a cushion; they found the tassles. I am not a gun user, but I have heard, in other cases, of a pillow being used to muffle shots.

In some state prisons, you can get TVs in your cells, more visitation, more freedom in writing materials. Looking at the pics of her jail shower and cell makes me feel like im going to catch plague through my monitor. JMO

Maybe court was adjourned for the day because a witness could not be available. That might be something out of anyone's control that was referred to. Potential issue with a juror may have had nothing to do with court ending early...but it is the subject I am at this point most curious about.

Last night the National Enquirer editor told Nancy Grace he is. Lives near the jail, and visits her once a week. Oh my! Who to believe these days. :thinking:

Ive HEARD through grapevines most criminals cannot wait to be sentenced to actually go to Prison. Its the county jails that can be the worse. In some state prisons, you can get TVs in your cells, more visitation, more freedom in writing materials. Looking at the pics of her jail shower and cell makes me feel like im going to catch plague through my monitor. JMO

Do you have a link for that? A piece of threading was found on the stairs but no tassles from what I remember.

Quick question for all of you trial veteran's--are the shenanigan's in this trial the norm? This is the first one I have ever followed/watched from the beginning and I'm gobsmacked by all of the twists/ turns, drama and longevity of this trial!:abnormal:
