DM's objectivity: she said JA answered questions honestly on the test DM used for the BPD diagnosis. JA didn't try to minimize or exaggerate.

The PTSD tests, says DeMarte, weren't reliable because of how Geff administered them, NOT because JA lied on them.

She also said there WAS one important consistency on the PTSD tests, even as administered-- the identification of the murder as traumatic.

The opening for the DT I can see in JA identifying the murder as traumatic--if DM doesn't debunk that element- is they can present that as an indication of remorse. She wasn't happy or satisfied later on, she was traumatized by what she'd done.

Yes, but then they'd find themselves having to argue degrees of psycopathy, as in "yes, she slaughtered him in cold blood, but it wasn't that cold."

OK we are back. I went to sit in the same seat as every other day, second row, last seat closest to the wall, furthest from the aisle. The gallery monitor said I could not sit there. This morning, trial watcher Kathy, whose cane Juan signed, said they are not allowed to sit in the second row. Hasn't been a problem until we returned from lunch. ??? Thoughts?? She just let two other ladies sit in the exact seat (s) after she made me move. Now I'm in row 3, second seat from the aisle, more behind Jodi's mom. It's kind of a better seat! Just wondering why I've been singled out.

Travis's family, Jodi, and all counsel retreated to judges chambers. Skye here sitting on TA side second row behind where sisters sit.

Maybe it's reserved for Jodi's clan??? Sky shouldn't be there if she's going to be called as a witness.

Juan is showing her answers of other psychologist and why we need to look at other's tests.

question 1 was very similar as to being forced to have sex. Jodi's answer was "some of the time" which is inconsistent with the Dr. Dm test.

Q about seeking medical attention after abuse by partner. on Geffner test JA answered it has never happened. On the abuse scale test it happened very rarely. One she says never, the other rarely.

The DT probably got an email during the break from one of the Jodi supporters claiming such and Juan needed it on the record. I can't even imagine all the crazy missives they all have to deal with.
