This allows a glimpse of the real Jodi, into a time before she slaughtered Travis.

I think the DT honestly believed that JSS wouldn't permit JM to rebut much given they would deem it assassination of CMJA's character. I think they falsely think they have a better argument to keep it out than what they actually have. JMO, of course

AZlawyer....I really think it is the felon that is making the defense attornies present the strategy....she is running the show. I cannot imagine the joke she has over them. The felon appears to find ways to have a hold or "blackmail" all that come in contact with her. JMOO

If anything, the joke is on her though. If she is dictating defense strategy, she's made more mistakes than a 1st year law student.

Nurmi wanted off of this case bad...and she's a psychopath...if I were him, I'd give just enough assistance to her to avoid grounds for an appeal for ineffective assistance of counsel and just enough rope for her to hang herself.
