Skye referenced it was Dec 2006 or Jan 2007. JA did not like that he would only call her late at night. Skye followed up with TA about why he only called her late and corroborated the story with JA because - explanation bcuz JA was working during the day. JA just wanted him to call anyway in the day to know he was thinking of her.

JA was on phone with TA and had requested to speak with his roommate. TA said roommate called JA a "" and didn't want to talk to her

Did Dr JD talk to Skye? Yes. and she told her JA was very upset about a few things and one of them being TA referred to JA as . Skye talked to TA, got the story, TA was talking w/ Jodi on phone, Jodi asked to talk to TA roommate, TA said he doesn't want to talk to you because you are a . It was a joke - and more of a joke to the roommate, who would not be the type of person who would ever say that. Skye asked Jodi if that was how it went down and JA said yes it was a joke.

I remember at that interview she was trying to use her Lolita persona on Flores....didn't work too well. She even had him touching her hand. Then later sitting on chair with her legs apart, or up. She was working it...

Jodi had clear ideas of what it means to be an abuse victim when DeMarte interviewed her according to Beth's site. I've said this before but it's like she's read the cliff notes version of an abusive relationship. She knows what she should say - but her actions are totally inconsistent with actually having been abused...by anyone, ever.

I've always thought, since hearing her first trial testimony, that she was given a book on DV (by ALV, no doubt) and learned the 'catch phrases', cycle of abuse wheel, etc.

Dr. JD talked to TA ex-fiance: she was uncomfortable with TA spanking her in public as a joke and asked him not to do it. She was also uncomfortable with the kissing.

TA did not agree with her career choice as a teacher because of lack of good salary compensation.

She said any sexual activity was consensual, not forced - he never physically abused her.
She told Dr. JD when she was with TA late at night at his house and they saw a light that came on when, Ta went to investigate he said it was not Jodi (they both thought it was). Then shortly before TA death, he confessed to her that it was Jodi.
