But #jodiarias said she didn't admit suicide plans because "they would have thrown me in a padded cell."

I say she lied about that on the stand to explain her televised statement. With her high opinion of herself, she honestly thought no jury would convict her! Anyone else?

I'm going to assume DeMarte spoke to Darryl after the guilty verdict. I'm wondering if he testified the weird way he did and did the interview after due to fear of what Jodi would do to him if he told the truth about her.

And Matt? Was she threatening him, too?

It seems Jodi has been sick since birth. Every boyfriend liked her and then couldn't wait to get far away from her. I wish her parents would have had her committed to a mental hospital before Travis had to die. In most States I don't think an adult can be forced into a hospital by family but everyone who knew her knew she was mentally ill. This is all so sad. Travis didn't have a chance. Unfortunately, there are people like Jodi walking our streets. Very very scary.

Okay, I am officially convinced now that there will be at least one, probably more, jurors that wont vote DP cuz JA is "mentally ill".

For me, the above tweet about Advil proves how disingenuous she is. Especially when you consider an aspirin overdose relative to the ABSOLUTE SLAUGHTER she perpetrated against Travis.

Also, despite the notion that all of this info certainly makes her look crazy, I think most people agree that to be a murderer a level of cray cray is required. (And by crazy, I mean it the way us lay people mean it)

Umm, you can OD on all of the Advil- no need for the messy, painful, stinging of the razors... but suicide wasn't REALLY your intention, now was it?

Agree. Suicide was a manipulation. A manipulation that appeared to work over the years. That Goddess would never have killed herself. She deserved to live. Travis deserved to die. IMO

I'll never understand why he kept talking to her or didn't get a restraining order. He even said if I'm killed, it would've been JA. :gaah:

I have a friend who stayed in a pointless relationship for years. Years and years he stayed, well after the good feelings were gone, ONLY because she would threaten suicide and he believed her.
Myself and many others told him she was full of it, and was just manipulating him, but it still took him years.

Fortunately, she wasn't the murdering type.
