Whew! I just finished reading all of today's posts and I'm exhausted just from reading them. Good ol' Nurmi--"let's draaaag this out for as long as I can." I'm pleased that the jury wasn't taking many notes, unlike yesterday, and I can only imagine their irritation with today's cross of Dr D, who is so, so excellent. I'm also pleased that this week's info-packed and intense testimony ended the way it did: now the jurors can spend the weekend comparing JM's presentation of the hard facts to KN's slimy (and lame) attempts at innuendo.

Now I'm off to do my weekly salute to the DT: rolling out the garbage bin for tomorrow morning's pick up.

That's not a trap, Cathy@CourtChatter! Being mentally ill does not make it inevitable that you will kill. IMO, you probably know a lot of mentally ill people personally without knowing that's their status. And you aren't afraid they'll kill you!
