I have always thought that Travis at some point did love Jodie Arias. However, as happens with a woman who stalks and makes herself a nuisance, love begins to fade and so it did in this case.

They were long distance, and it would have been easy for him to have idealized her initially, especially since she poured on the sex.

Some time into it he came to know the nature of the chameleon; however, his sex drive continued to leave him vulnerable -- fatally so.

JA remains alive, and having slaughtered continues to stalk her prey.

She is the DV predator here.

IMO Travis sounds quite immature in his sexting which leads me to believe he actually was VERY inexperienced sexually (other than with Jodi). I doubt if he had sexual relations with many, IF ANY, of these women Nurmi is insisting on naming one by one.

My thought would be that De's job was to analyze JA...not TA. Nothing TA did caused his demise IMO.
