Question for AZL. I know that there is a much wider latitude in regards to what comes in for this phase of the trial but what I want to know is can Juan in closing statements mention how they changed their defense from penalty to sentencing? Like in the first trial it was all about DV and now it seems they are going for mental illness, it's not her fault. And they vehemently argued against mental illness in the last phase. Would that be allowed or is it too prejudicial?

this was when Jodi wanted to be listed in his book and she wasn't. Travis and her were an official couple at that time. Why would she be kicking in walls?

Because Travis refused to give her credit in his book. She can't even spell correctly, how can she edit???

JD says the relationship with DB ended but that JA was unwilling to end it.

uh Jodi says Darryl left her in December 2006. Walked off from her and the house, after Jodi met Travis? she told him no more sex so she could be a virgin to marry a Mormon man. Jodi also wrote that Darryl was the only one who had never cheated on her.

I must be in the minority too Rose because I agree with you.

Because BPD and psychopathy are what she has, not PTSD, but they can't bring in the psychopathy. It's refuting her PTSD as a mitigating factor. She has a personality disorder, but she's not so mentally ill that she didn't know right from wrong. She can't plead insanity.
