Nurmi is trying hard, harder than Wilmott to get Dr. D to get some admission of PTSD, but the only ground she's given is that BPD can be considered by some to be mental illness.
He needs to give it up and move on. She's disproven it yesterday, and he's no Perry Mason!

I don't understand what Nurmi is doing. He wants her to be BPD but he wants to argue the data points she used to come to her conclusion? The attachment and the changing the identity are hallmarks of BPD. If you don't agree with those things you don't agree with the diagnosis you've been touting as a mitigating factor.

That's good evidence that Nurms is almost certainly falling into a trap set by JM. The more doors he opens the more fun we're gonna have!

I know I'm in the minority here but I don't see how this BPD diagnosis will help the state get the DP. Hopefully the autopsy photos will convince the jurors to vote for death.

The more than 10,000 victims of the revenge site ugotposted.com - which posted those individuals' stolen, explicit photos; their addresses; and links to their Facebook accounts - got their own revenge on Monday.

That's when a San Diego County Superior Court found Kevin Bollaert, 28, guilty of 27 counts, including felony charges of identity theft and extortion.

He's now facing a maximum of 20 years in prison. His sentencing is set for 3 April.

Just my guess Elementary, but the fact that all of her tactics (crying, threats of suicide, vandalism, "exposing" his "sin" of sex to friends, etc.) in the end failed to get him to love and marry her but he would take the sex she was offering, all set her on a rage filled course that he would pay for rejecting her as a potential wife. Remember, it appears that Matt and Darryl, both of which she did the same obsessive things with, stopped having sex with her and they moved away from her (not the other way around). This along with the stressor of moving home with the very people she thought she was better than, after loosing her bid to elevate her status, was likely the final straw that set her raging vengence free.

Excellent post!!! Interesting how both Matt and Darryl both moved away from her. Although it had been mentioned that DB moved to be closer to his son, his comments to Dr D quoted yesterday makes it sound like he was trying to distance himself from CMJA. Ditto comments from Matt. And yet they both appeared to assist her on her way to the slaughter.

I have long wondered just what she had to do to get them to help her out with her mission. Given that she made two deposits into her bank account while in Monterey (after her visits to both guys?), it could be hypothesized that she was given cash from each, perhaps for "services" renderered IYKWIM. She did, after all, go partying with Matt and his buddy in Santa Cruz on her way to Mesa and stayed over at Matt's that night. Perhaps the 3-holes had a paid-for 3-way? And maybe, just maybe, DB got a nice favor after breakfast the next day in exchange for two gas cans and some $$$$.

Alt theory, DB purchased the stolen DVD player from her.

Bottom line: The murderer had money to deposit POST visits with these "gentlemen". Not to mention, a color-job/haircut and a Brazilian are not cheap services.

Matt and Darryl apparently broke free from the sexual manipulations of JA, while TA continued to have sex with her, although letting her know there was no marriage in future, which I feel 100% certain JA felt enraged over.

With all of this new information, I wonder if the tipping point in this relationship was that she knowingly and cunningly used sex, in every way imaginable, as a tool of manipulation to obtain her ultimate goal and when it failed she blamed TA for what depths she had sunk to in the hopes of marrying him. Once again blaming someone else for the informed decisions she made.

This rings true to me. I think both of them might not have liked where the sex ended up, she to ensnare him, and maybe him to push her away, [by calling her the names, etc.].

Thank You! This is the perfect summation of the "lens" she was looking through at the time IMO. I think this is where she was reflecting about this concept in her journal entry when she said 'cut off it's life source' or something like that. For her, the lifesource of her skanky existence would end when Travis died - she no longer would have to conform to "her idea" of what Travis wanted. She believes she is only putty to mold into what she felt Travis was needing in his life. When that turned out to be wrong - he had to die.

no matter how hard he tries, he is not going to get this Dr. to change her mind or to give a inch! That is what is making him angry and also is what is making him look bad, he just does not know it yet.
