Been to BKs site: hearing now being held right now about taunting of MDLR.
Pseudonym cannot testify until 18th. Fonseca not available until 20th, a Friday.
She will testify or lie for two days.
Geffner cannot testify unto 25th and 26th, two more days. Judge unhappy. Then they had a sidebar. Then this hearing for MLR.
Beth never mentions that JSS is calling witnesses to verify schedules.
While JM and KN were arguing over Dworking, judge got him on phone to verify what he wold be testifying to. workin will be there at 10 AM tomorrow to further discuss motion to preclude. Then state is resting.
i am so disappointed State didn't bring out more during this phase.

JM should offer to postpone resting until the DT can produce their witnesses. He could have Taylor on for a week telling every little bit he knows about JA.

It sucks JM can't call their bluff.

Could that not be considered racist - if singing a song of Mexican descent is offensive, then
wouldn't a dance of Mexican descent be offensive as well?

I find it HIGHLY suspicious that the defense witnesses are NEVER available when they need to be. Isn't a murder trial important? I know nothing can be done, but they are SO obvious. HEAR THAT NURMI? you are predictable if anything and also you use slime highway tactics. Funny you are a lot like your client.

Yet Detective Flores, in the face of unspeakable tragedy, returned to the courtroom soon after the loss of his son in the pursuit of Justice for TA and his family. Those hacks (Geff, MF, ALV, Samuels) wouldn't know truth, integrity, honor and professional responsibility if it jumped up and bit them in the arse.
