I hope the jurors remember that Travis had been dead for 15 days, so that eliminates him. Jodi was in jail, but her defense team went there and 'viewed' the evidence. SHE told them what to look for. Otherwise, how would they know to look at Travis computer? But, her story at that time had nothing to do with any , unless she was saying the 2 Ninjas looked at it while they argued about whether or not to kill her.

This is driving me crazy! Since every tweet uses the same terminology, I can only assume that's what's being used in the courtroom. They all say that the computer CONTAINED the sites or that the sites were ON the computer. No. The sites were NOT on the computer. URL's (addresses) to the sites were in registries or other lists/files, but the SITES were not ON the computer. If the sites were on the computer, there would be entire directories containing all the html files, image files and various other files used to create the sites. There would be thousands of image and video files on his computer if that were the case.

There. I feel better now that I've ranted about that. Carry on.

Are you saying that was not accessed on the computer? There was access of , but it was not child as the DT is claiming.

The State was not looking for regular "guy" when Melendez testified.

This is the way I understand it, if I am wrong, please correct me because this whole laptop/ has driven me :scared:

Out of all the Defense put on the stand ALV was the most appalling. For me. She is a disgrace. For some reason she got to me the most. And not in a good way LOL

Nurmi and Wilma are fighting against the death penalty, not FOR Jodi. They want to promote themselves as anti DP advocates. If the killer gets death, their stock as DP attorneys goes down. Nurmi already alluded to this when he opined how he will be scrutinized over this case or some such drivel. Plus, they really, really, really want to say they "beat" Juan.....forget the fact their client is a convicted killer....
I do think if the jury doesn't give Jodi the DP, it won't be because Juan failed or the defense duo were superb. It will be because Sherry is incompetent and allowed unconstitutional testimony, secret proceedings, all manner of testimony having nothing to do with mitigation, allowed the victim to be trashed unmercifully, allowed witnesses to call JM a liar, allowed a witness to tell the jury what to listen to, slowed down everything by allowing, especially Wilma, sidebars for whatever whim Wilma wanted, is so terrified and petrified about an appeal she gave her courtroom over to Nurmi....basically, I think it's possible she has confused this jury and sat by watching as Nurmi made a travesty out of this retrial. The jury has to be confused about the testimony by Jodi.....and, because of the judges illegal action, will stay confused. I think it will be very interesting if we ever find out what she refused to allow Juan to present. Very interesting.

If someone HAD said or done something that equated a racist attack, that is disgusting and is very serious. The Judge just has no idea this is nonsense.

If that was 'racist', then couldn't they say they were singing about our Juan just as easily as HER?

BK says in her video that "their investigator suddenly died". The Judge made sure there was money made available for an investigator to carry the defense through the rest of the case.

Ocean....about her blackmailing him with sex tape, and today's testimony.

All JMO:

If she'd threatened him with the tape, Travis wouldn't have waited until June 1 to go looking on youporn for something she might have uploaded there. He would have freaked and looked the same day.

Instead, the day after the text-fight, his computer was attacked. That says a great big FU by her, IMO. He'd told her to stay out, threatened to go after her legally if she persisted, and so she went back in to his accounts and planted malware or some other bad thing.

I have always been baffled by the thought he let her stay on the 4th if she had told him about the tape. She didn't tell him about it. He needed to hear from her that she was moving on and would let him do the same, and that's what she told him.

Adding.....a single email exchange from the day before is missing but the Hughes have seen the whole fight text. There is no reference to or hint of the tape in it. But there are multiple indirect references to her hacking in/making up stories.

That was the trigger, imo.
