My example is pretty simplified. But yes, in essence, the program has a list of objectionable sites (regularly updated from the Spy bot site online), so your poor computer knows not to go there.

As does Norton. When I scan....I see it looking for certain viruses.

OMG, still about the kiddie , WTH, how many months have to be spent on this garbage, not to mention the money. How many times does it have to be proven there is nothing to connect Travis Alexander to kiddie . Who cares if he looked at Adult , Travis was not a saint, he was a normal healthy young male.

I know. We had a regional sales rep from out corporate office visit us years ago and he said when most independent companies get a computer he finds the first thing they search is "sex". Surprised me to hear this but I am not a prude. I am sure most of the males on the jury are like "who cares".

Think of it in terms of magazines. You want to avoid , so you make a magazine filter. You know there is in Hustler. You add the name "Hustler" to the magazine filter. The filter knows the name. But it doesn't contain the contents of issues of Hustler.

You know, I wonder if the reason that the issue continues to be important for JM is because it is also attached to DT claims of prosecutorial misconduct thus JM is ensuring that all information pertaining to this issue is on the record to ensure absolute clarity when JA appeals to a higher court on this; the DT has afterall referenced the Milke case repeatedly. Just a thought.

Why would ANYONE want to talk to De La Rosa knowing that all she says is propaganda??? I bet the reporters don't quote her by name, so why talk with her at all? 'Defense spokesperson says Jodi is not getting fair trial, Juan is a meanie'..............duh.

I would hope that Det. Brown is not testifying that TA did anything on that computer.

He can't state conclusively the identify of any individual accessing that device at any point in time without an eyewitness and/or corroborating evidence to prove the claim.

But what was the date ... for crying out loud! If it was around May 27, 2008, that supports someone here suggesting he was checking to see if JA had posted the sex tape on youporn. I can easily imagine JA telling TA she did so.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the 27th the date that JA sent the missing email to TA? And he all of a sudden gets a computer attack?

May 26. Attack was next day. Maybe Travis was trying to make his computer more secure and fell for a virus popup.
